Delivery Policy
The conditions below do not apply to personal pickup of goods.
1. Delivery addresses
We deliver across the entire EU. You can order online directly for delivery to the following countries:
Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Netherlands.
For delivery to any other EU country, simply contact us and we'll gladly arrange the shipment. Please make sure you have provided us with the correct and accurate delivery address to avoid delays or issues with delivery.
2. Delivery
We hand your order over to an established courier service. The available delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout.
3. Delivery pricing
The postage price is set by the courier and shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address — we recommend checking it there. Indicative prices for the countries you can order online for:
- Slovakia — 4 €
- Czech Republic — 7 €
- Poland — 7 €
- Hungary — 7 €
- Austria — 7 €
- Germany — 9 €
- Netherlands — 9 €
For other EU countries, we'll confirm the shipping price when you contact us.
4. Dispatch of the shipment
Packages are handed over to the courier every working day at 14:00. If your order is finished after this time, it will be handed over to the carrier on the next working day.
5. Time of dispatch
The requested date of dispatch is indicative. If you need your order delivered on a specific date, we recommend confirming the production completion date by phone. In case of delayed payment of the proforma invoice, we reserve the right to postpone the shipment date.
6. Delay of delivery
While we strive to ensure that all shipments are delivered in the shortest possible time, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, delays caused by the courier.
7. Damage to the package
If you find damage when you receive the package, it is essential that you take photo documentation of the damage before opening the package. These photographs are important for a possible claim with the courier.
